Professional experience includes providing diversified services to business groups, which include manufacturing, technology, construction, trading, and services industries, and looks after the area of review, implementation of the reporting system, and evaluation of quality control principles and procedures. Have extensive experience with industries on international, national, and regional levels, and have developed expertise in assessing audit control effectiveness; moreover, serving organizations of all sizes ranging from SME’s to Multinational companies. Immensely experienced in conducting financial investigations, forensic audits, quantifying damages, and assessing internal audit control weaknesses

Has vast experience in Auditing, Financial reporting, Operational and consulting services; adds value to the Firm’s spectrum of clients by combining his commitment and leadership style commensurate with a practical approach. Before this, he worked with HLB HAMT Chartered Accountants over a period of 18 years from 2006 to 2024 as Senior Manager in Audit and Assurance. During this period, he has extensive experience in serving clients across a wide range of industries, including construction, financial services, manufacturing, distribution, and trading. He has extensive experience working within UAE regulatory frameworks, including requirements of local authorities, free zones, financial regulators, and Central Bank of UAE regulations for exchange houses. He managed the external Audits and RIA verification of various exchange houses in the UAE
