Mr. Renjith Tharakath is a Partner at Metaebs with nearly two decades of professional experience in Audit & Assurance services in the UAE. He has been based in the UAE since 2006 and has worked extensively with entrepreneurial businesses, SMEs, and multinational organizations across diverse industries.

His professional expertise spans audit and business advisory services for sectors including manufacturing, technology, construction, trading, and services. He plays a key role in the review and implementation of financial reporting systems, evaluation of audit quality controls, and strengthening internal audit frameworks.

Mr. Renjith has in-depth experience in IFRS, ISA, forensic audits, financial investigations, and assessment of internal control weaknesses. Prior to joining Metaebs, he served with HLB HAMT Chartered Accountants for 18 years (2006–2024), where he led external audits and regulatory inspections for exchange houses regulated by UAE authorities.
